We are in need of help with fees that we have from fighting for custody of our children please! I was in the hospital and nursing home for 2 months following my 2nd back surgery in 2 years. My sister and brother-in-law were going to help out by taking my 3 children with them until I got out of the nursing home. We signed a temporary guardianship paper and the kids were supposed to be returned after 61 days. While I was still in the nursing home, they filed for permanent guardianship stating that I was a drug addict as I had been on narcotics before and after my back surgery. I am not a drug addict, if anyone would like my drug screen they can e-mail me at uffdasmith@ameritech.net . That did not go over with the judge, so they filed a false claim of child molestation against my husband!! The judge ordered the children returned, they did not do this, in fact they filed for a temporary restraining order in their state! Then they got a "regular" judge here to review the case and he overturned the previous judges' order!! This new judge stated that my husband can never see or talk to his kids again! We are in the appeals court at the moment with all of this. Please e-mail me for more information, it goes on and on. Our financial resources have run out, and I want my kids home desperately! If anyone can help, please contact me. My daughter has a serious back problem and they have put her in sports that can really hurt her back!
